India‘s Kaziranga National Park is home to the largest population of the protected one-horned Indian rhino.

It is a world heritage site and considered a conservation success story.

But the rhinos still face two big threats to their survival: poachers and the annual monsoon floods.

Al Jazeera’s Pearly Jacob reports on efforts to preserve the species from inside the park.
